Crazy as the weather is it was snowing to beat the band all day yesterday and its going to be almost 60* today... almost a 40* difference over night. At least I will have nice weather to resume my work outs on Monday.
Im going to up the anti in terms of my time devoted to exercise, feeling like a slacker compared to many of you who put in so much time. I am going to decide later this weekend exactly what Ill be doing this upcoming week. I have set a mini fitness goal. I want to be starting the Couch 2 5k program by July. I need to step up my weight loss and fitness level by then.

Wow! I can't even imagine snow in May. (or december where I live lol)
ReplyDeleteYeah, yeah to the rest of the normal world it might look funny to see him without a coat or gloves :))) But I have another pic of him out on the deck and my foot prints all over in the snow. When its -70* in the winter, and your called the "Nations Ice Box", 32* is a tropical heat wave :P

No MM I didnt think you meant anything mean or anything LOL I think ppl think its kinda funny, well at least ppl from the south or other places where it doesnt get as cold. You being from Canada surely know what I mean about beach weather as soon as it hits 50* :)))) I was barefooted out out the deck my own self in the snow, I am so not a good mommy example of "bundle up" :P
ReplyDeleteAt any rate is was in the high 50*s yesterday and our "last day" of winter didnt last too long. The kids were bummed, I was so very happy my raspberries and apple blossoms made it through :)
It's cold here...but not that cold..yikes.
